Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan's magnum opus Kalank may have earned enough on its opening day to become the biggest opener of year 2019, but its struggling to maintain that stead at the box office. Right from the day 2, the box office numbers for this Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt starrer started dipping and how. The decline was massive and inevitable. On the second day, the earning decline by more than 50%, making it the sharpest decline of the recent time. With the opening day collection being 21 crores, Kalank earned around Rs 10 crore on Day 2. The numbers remained constant on the third day though.
