The Lenovo has finally launched its mid-range device Z5s in China after teasing it for a long period of time. The phone highlights are its water-drop display and Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor. The company has also announced Z5 Pro during the launch, which will be the world’s smartphone to come with 12GB RAM. The Z5 Pro will be the first flagship device of 2019 by Lenovo. Display The Lenovo Z5s sports a 6.3-inch display that offers a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The phone sports a water-drop notch on top, which houses the front-facing camera. The Lenovo Z5 Pro features a slightly bigger 6.36-inch display that offers the same resolution as the Lenovo Z5s. Processor and memory When it comes to the performance, the Lenovo Z5s is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor, which is paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory. On the other hand, the Lenovo Z5 Pro is now the world’s first smartphone that comes with 12GB RAM. The phone is backed by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor. It will come in three variants 4GB RAM, 6GB RAM, and 128GB RAM. Cameras The highlight of the Lenovo Z5s is its triple camera set up at the back. The phone comes with 16MP + 8MP + 5MP rear cameras along with a 16MP sensor on the front. On the other hand, the Lenovo Z5 Pro features a dual 16MP + 8MP rear cameras along with a dual 16MP + 24MP sensor on the front. The Lenovo Z5s has been launched in China at CNY 1,398 (appx Rs 14,000), while the Lenovo Z5 Pro will be available from January 2019. There is no official words came from the company about the India launch of these devices.
