Thugs of Hindostan is exactly what a ‘Fussi bomb’ looks like in real life. How disappointing, isn’t it? It dazzles bright in the beginning only to die with a whizzing sound. With it, collapses our hope of ever getting a good firecracker from the same brand. Aamir Khan was a flagbearer of some good content-driven film with a social message, or at least, among the three Khans, he was. What’s most disappointing about Thugs of Hindostan is, that it’s an Aamir Khan film.
