    Bollywood actor Govinda, who along with former CBFC chief Pahlaj Nihalani,  is facing troubles in releasing their upcoming film Rangeela Raja, after the Central Board of Film Certification refused to grand certificate to the film and ordered 20 cuts, believes that there is group of people from the film industry who are conspiring against him.
